Our company was founded by Rona Metters who operates as a Consultant School Business Manager. ​​

Rona is an experienced and qualified School Business Manager with a background in banking/financial services, compliance, routines and protocols are ingrained. Rona has worked in Cambridgeshire since 2012 and initially worked as a School Business Manager for a multi-site EBD Special Secondary School, working with the Senior Leadership team to take the school out of Special Measures in 2016, HMI made specific reference to the quality of the data maintained. After the school transferred to an Academy, Rona set up JEM Business Consulting in 2016 and has been offering support across Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties ever since. Rona has worked with a variety of schools over the years including Special, Primary and Secondary, working with local authority and academy schools alike, she can provide you with a wealth of work experiences, her particular interests are:

Emma Middleton is our Office Manager.​

​Emma has a background in industry and has come to education in recent years, like a lot of us after having her children. Emma is based in our Office and she brings her bubbly personality into the office and keeps us all organised with her friendly, outgoing nature. Emma also provides remote support for schools with finance and HR Admin.​​

Maxine Jones is our new Consultant Finance and HR Administrator.​​

Maxine has worked in the Education sector since 2016. Maxine has had lots of school office experience and is used to working compliantly, like all of the JEM Business Consulting staff she is up to date with the all relevant safeguarding training.
Maxine is very creative and has a background in graphic design! At home, Maxine continues the creative energy and she likes to sew garments, paint landscapes. and make her own jewelry. She's also fond of crosswords and word puzzles.
Amie Lill is our new Consultant School Business Manager

Amie has 7 years' experience working in education in Cambridgeshire, working as a School Business Manager she has led in school finance and budget builds, Human Resources, property management. She enjoys the work, which allows her a good life balance for her family, she enjoys the variety of working in the education sector with no two days being the same!
​
Before education Amie worked in both the public and private sector in Environmental Management, the Water Industry, National Planning, project management and compliance, all of these key skills slot nicely for a School Business Manager.
Keen to keep busy and expand her experience further Amie has also taken on working as a Cambs Clerk this year. variety they say, is the spice of life!
